Function Room Hire

Carillon Sports Club is the ideal venue for your event or celebration. We can cater for up to 60 guests for a seated banquet and for up to 150 guests for a buffet style party.

You can also organise your own catering, decorations and music. We have a fully stocked bar, large car park and garden.

 

Recently refurbished lounge area that consists of leather sofas with a cosy front room feel and private bar area. The club house has full disabled access to both function rooms, with a licensed bar serving each.
 
 

 

Function Room Hire Charges

  • Whole club function room (150 people) 6pm -11pm £175 (with Bar)

  • Whole club £600 (without bar)

  • The long room (40-60 people) 6pm-11pm £100

  • Childrens parties (3 hours The long room) £60

  • Bar extensions until 1pm £85

  • Clear up service £85

  • Music system and lights £95

 

Members with a membership of 6 months or more may book the function room at a reduced rate.
